Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquires a thorough working knowledge of all products and applications as well as develops all necessary professional selling skills.  
  • Makes the sales plan to cover the areas assigned in the most effective and economic manner. Frequent visits the existing and potential customers. Sells products to customers to achieve the agreed budget and targets. Takes customers’ orders and coordinate with Sales Coordinator. Furthermore, follow-up shipment status and delivery of goods to customers on time in full. 
  • Maintains and develops relations with customers and provides them with commercial and technical service as well as promotes goodwill of the organization. 
  • Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records of all customers and prospective customers. 
  • Plans the itinerary and customers’ visits and reports in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly basis. 
  • Gathers all information as a survey on the responsible products, discusses market requirement to supervisor/manager. Monitors and submits a regular report on competitors’ activities. 
  • Assists in recommending objectives and strategies for various customers and products. 
  • Working closely with technical support team to provide support and responds to all customers’ problems on products, delivery, documents, etc. 
  • Provide guidance to genetic customers (broodstock, post larvae, Nauplius) and nutrition (hatchery feed) customers on periodic and ad-hoc basis according assigned by CSM.  
  • Collect SyAqua and key competitors farm data for every season from selected assigned key farmers using SyAqua farm data templates to be submitted on monthly basis to CSM, SD and key stakeholders in SyAqua management team. 
  • Coordinate with finance department for collections. 
  • Other related tasks as appointed by the manager. 

Academic/Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum Aquaculture related degree  

Relevant Experience:

  • Experienced in shrimp maturation, shrimp larva culture, shrimp farming. 
  • Mobile – must be willing to be assigned on specific tasks from time to time be stationed on different locations. 
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical staff of our customers.  
  • Have strong sense of technical analytical mind with reasonably strong mind to face customer complaints.  
  • Highly dedicated, passionate about sales and technical services and positive attitude
