Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling and managing all related Governance compliance in HR with company’s vendor (SSO,
  • Skill development, Visa & Work permit etc.)
  • Assisting in implementing and maintaining HR procedures and policies, compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy.
  • Oversee day to day human resource functions.
  • Monitor the employee annual leave, medical leave, medical expenses and attendance.
  • Managing and updating employee personal profile, Training, and HR Reports.
  • Coordinating with other team members and stakeholders for company’s achievement.
  • Manage employees’ hostel requirements including uniform, meals, negotiations with caterer, housekeeping agreement.
  • Performing other miscellaneous jobs as assigned.

Academic/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Management or any related field
  • Fair command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English.)
  • Good command of Computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills 5. High responsibility, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure

Relevant Experience:

  • Having experience in governance compliance
