Job Responsibilities:
- Handling and managing all related Governance compliance in HR with company’s vendor (SSO,
- Skill development, Visa & Work permit etc.)
- Assisting in implementing and maintaining HR procedures and policies, compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy.
- Oversee day to day human resource functions.
- Monitor the employee annual leave, medical leave, medical expenses and attendance.
- Managing and updating employee personal profile, Training, and HR Reports.
- Coordinating with other team members and stakeholders for company’s achievement.
- Manage employees’ hostel requirements including uniform, meals, negotiations with caterer, housekeeping agreement.
- Performing other miscellaneous jobs as assigned.
Academic/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Management or any related field
- Fair command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English.)
- Good command of Computer literacy.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills 5. High responsibility, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure
